palmettopride council
Updated 08/29/2008

councilAs part of our effort to clean-up South Carolina, PalmettoPride enlists citizens statewide to join our council. The council consists of concerned citizens, business leaders, state agency personnel, law enforcement officers and those involved with clean-up and beautification organizations across the state.

As a member of the council you will serve as local support and help initiate anti-litter efforts in your community, (e.g. start a group or plan a cleanup event.) In addition, as a member of our council you will receive invitations to key PalmettoPride sponsored events and general program mailings throughout the year updating you on our progress.

Please understand this membership does not entitle anyone to represent PalmettoPride or its partners. Many of us would like to take charge of catching litterbugs, but it is imperative that we leave these duties to the proper law enforcement authorities. All problems, violations and opportunities should be brought to the attention of the PalmettoPride staff.

For information on joining, please email us at info@palmettopride.org or call toll free (877) 725-7733.
