Keep South Carolina Beautiful
Keep South Carolina Beautiful is a state affiliate of the Keep America Beautiful (KAB) organization, and is a division of PalmettoPride. The mission of KSCB is to coordinate with the state KAB affiliates, providing leadership and support for local litter prevention and solid waste management programs.

Community Pride Grants
The PalmettoPride Community Pride Grant program funds existing and new organizations with the necessary resources to spearhead local anti-litter and beautification efforts. In order to eradicate litter and promote beautification statewide, grant recipients develop and implement programs that will focus on education, enforcement, awareness and pickup. SC Litter Control Association
The South Carolina Litter Control Association (SCLCA) was organized in 1987 to promote litter enforcement, to protect the environment and to heighten public awareness of the litter problems. In partnership with SCLCA, PalmettoPride works to engage law enforcement officers in enforcing South Carolina’s litter laws and spreading awareness of the fines associated with these laws.
