Brave the winter chill and make a difference during Keep York County Beautiful’s annual Polar Bear Litter Pickup, happening January 15–February 28, 2026. This flexible, countywide cleanup invites residents, families, neighborhoods, civic groups, and businesses to bundle up and help keep our community clean.

Participants can pick up FREE long-sleeve t-shirts or reusable mugs (up to 5 per group) along with litter-pickup supplies and bags throughout the event window. Then—you choose the location. Clean up your street, a favorite trail, a nearby park, or anywhere in York County that needs a little extra care.
