Group cleanups will be held at varying locations around Fort Mill. Volunteers will need to sign up for each date that they plan to attend. Information will be shared with registered volunteers about each month’s meeting location. While we will try to hold the clean ups on the advertised dates, clean ups are weather dependent. Registered volunteers will be contacted in the event of a cancelation or date change.

Please make sure you DO NOT USE a Fort Mill School District student email address to sign up–their system blocks our emails and you won’t get the updates!

All participants must have a waiver on file for the current calendar year.  You can fill that form out here.  The form must be completed by your parent/guardian if you are under the age of 18. 

Individual Efforts  If you would like to pick up a clean up kit (trash bag, safety vest, gloves) and clean up a different area of Town, please let Mina know.  You can either pick up your supplies at the monthly gathering spot or pick them up the week prior (please allow a few days for me to get them pulled together for you!).  Individual trash clean ups participants will recieve detailed instructions prior to their chosen clean up day. 

All Volunteers must complete a waiver to participate.  If you are a registered Greenway or Stormwater Volunteer, please indicate that on your sign up.  For Second Saturday Service, you must complete the above waiver form once per calendar year.  If you participated in the fall, you will need to do the waiver again to participate in 2026!
