The Great South Carolina Cleanup 2024 Is Here
Columbia, SC (March 19, 2024) – Every spring, PalmettoPride and Keep South Carolina Beautiful coordinate the Great South Carolina Cleanup, a localized cleanup, beautification and community improvement program. Uniting South Carolina residents together for a common cause, the Great South Carolina Cleanup encourages citizens to revitalize their communities through litter cleanups.
The Great South Carolina Cleanup is the state’s largest annual cleanup effort, coinciding with the Great American Cleanup, the nation’s largest community improvement program sponsored by Keep America Beautiful (KAB). Home to 38 and 2 pre-certified KAB affiliates, there are numerous upcoming cleanup events to attend in South Carolina. PalmettoPride also encourages residents to organize their own cleanups, offering supplies and resources to assist.
