Did you know that February 2, 2026 is World Wetlands Day and that approximately 40% of Charleston is classified as a wetland ecosystem!? Seems to us that there’s no better day to host a marsh cleanup! 

Marshes play a vital role to our home by providing critical habitat, stabilizing shorelines, and protecting us from storm surges. Let’s give some love back by keeping these ecosystems clean and resilient, protecting life for all residents – BIG and small!
